Salary : $70,000 - $95,000 a year

Salter Brothers Hospitality Group is seeking Restaurant Managers to join their teams.
Task and Responsibilities:- Ensure restaurants, bars and event service is provided as per company Sequence of Service and RSA requirements.
- Ensure outlets are always presented to an impeccable standard.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to produce an appealing and unique menu.
- Coordination of bookings (including functions and events)
- Ensure compliance with licensing and hygiene legislation/guidelines.
- Ensure the food and beverage operational and financial objectives are met.
- Resolve guest grievances tactfully and promptly.
- Ensure optimum ordering of stock & ensure accurate stocktakes are conducted monthly.
- Ensure the food and beverage team are aware and adheres to current budgets and targets.
- Always ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Motivate and drive the food and beverage team through ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven management experience working in hospitality/customer service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and get results.
- Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
- Technical product knowledge in food and wine.
- Understanding of budgets and forecasting.
- Knowledge of POS and end-of-day reconciliation procedures
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
