We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to grow with us and take the next step in their culinary career.
Minimum Requirements:
Full-time Australian working rightsDiploma qualification and/or 1 to 3 years of experience
Strong English communication skills
Experience in Italian cuisine (preferred but not essential if you’re eager to learn)
Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and work collaboratively
Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine passion for food
Well-presented; our chefs work the floor and introduce the dishes and concept to our customers.
Highly Regarded: Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience in the hot/grill sectionPasta-making skills
Your Responsibilities: Support the team with menu planning, recipe development, cook-offs, tasting notes, training, and implementation
Ensure consistency and quality in all food preparation and cookingAssist with cost control in line with budgets
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
What We Offer:Competitive salary: $75,000–$80,000 + super
