About the Role
The Medical Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for the clinic.
Duties
You will be responsible for:
- Front of house reception duties
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing phone calls & emails
- Assisting with GP requests
- Registering patients to the GP Clinic
This position is in Robinvale, it's temporary (4 days a week) for a period of 2-3 months.
Skills & Experience
You must have:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
- An immediate availability to start!
