We’re based in a Port Melbourne office. This is a fantastic opportunity working in a fast paced environment alongside our experienced team.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full time basis. The main goal of this role is to increase our business reach through a variety of marketing strategies.

Tasks include:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and key brand moments.
• Create and manage content strategies for digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Oversee content production (copywriting, social media, video, and digital assets) in collaboration with creative teams.
• Coordinate marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies.
• Manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external partners to align marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Must have a bachelor's degree/higher qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1-year previous marketing specialist experience required.
• Previous experience working with a B2C fast moving consumer goods brand
• Experience working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of marketing objectives
• Demonstrated creative ideation and execution
• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills
