Our client is a leading importer, and now requires a suitable experienced Sales and Administration Officer, to ensure the company builds, maintains, and nurtures relationships with customers. You will provide sales support to sales representatives and administration to all staff members.

Key Performance Areas & Accountabilities:

Ensure all incoming phone calls are answered in a pleasant, timely and professional manner.

Receiving and processing client orders
Liaises with despatch and sales reps to ensure customer satisfaction on both product and timely deliveries are met.

Manage incoming sales enquires and resolve customer issues.

Respond and forward all request requires (eg: POD’s)

Follow up on COD payments
Reconciles PODs to monthly statement and filing
Provide office support to sales reps and general manager
Greeting of guests and offering refreshments
Collection of mail and distributing
