Job Description
Account Management
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer reach.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver technical product training to end users and distributor teams.
  • Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, assisting in coaching sales teams.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Business Development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive product innovation opportunities in mining and conveyor markets.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitors and industry trends.
Technical & Engineering Support
  • Offer technical expertise and after-sales support to customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Industry 4.0, and Mechanical Service Teams for hands-on field solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of bearings, maintenance products, and condition monitoring equipment to support customer needs effectively.
