Desktop Support | 3+ years experience
We are seeking a Level 1/2 Support Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join a healthcare growing organisation due to an increase in workload. This 4-5-month contract has a strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow/Jira ticketing system support
- Act as the first and second point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts and password resets (Active Directory, Azure AD)
- Assist with email support (Microsoft 365, Exchange)
- Install and configure software applications
- Provide remote support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP
- Log and escalate complex issues to Level 2 or relevant teams
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
- Support basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity)
