Qualifications & experience
A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or recognised equivalent degreeCurrent AHPRA registration
Responsibilities:
- Work as a clinical Occupational Therapist
- Guide and monitor Occupational Therapy staff performance
- Supervise graduate or overseas-trained Occupational Therapists
- Keep records of supervision and evaluate staff progress
- Prepare supervision reports for Overseas-trained OTs
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities
- Formulate a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluate its effectiveness. Include the family in teaching if appropriate.
