About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation, as well as the ability to analyse financial data and provide recommendations for business growth and efficiency.

• Prepare and lodge taxation returns for individuals and organisations while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
• Liaise with financial institutions and brokers to establish effective funds management arrangements.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems, providing recommendations on computer-based accounting solutions for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity and compliance.
• Assess and appraise cash flow and financial risks associated with capital investment projects.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports, tax documents, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
