About the role

This role will own analytics across the HealthyLife business, including Web and performance analytics, operational insights and reporting, and strategic business analysis. You will also help define and co-create the analytics infrastructure and tooling needed to improve team access to data and to drive increased visibility and insight.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Define, execute and own a digital analytics strategy for our team of business, product, marketing and operations experts.
  • Dive deep to understand their domains and needs, and collaborate to bring insights that support decision making.
  • Do the right amount of thinking upfront to identify how to best measure performance and experiments – what are we really trying to understand and what data will we need to build that understanding
  • Efficiently create and maintain dashboards for product, business and operational metrics and to provide self-serve access to frequently used data, insights and perspectives. Set up a robust process for receiving, prioritising and executing other analytical requests from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Quickly and accurately extract meaningful, relevant insights from data. Uncover and share clear conclusions and recommendations for action
  • Be curious, interrogate data beyond the surface level.
  • Share your unique expertise and perspective. You will contribute to Healthylife’s product and service design by raising ideas, challenging ideas, and collaborating with the team to drive better outcomes.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a curious minded individual, who is excited by the challenge of working in a startup environment and who is comfortable collaborating with coworkers from different domains, and can bring a structured approach to problem solving.

We are also looking for a candidate who can identify and communicate meaning through data. Rather than just seeing numbers, you see the overall story and can share that insight with others

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in digital analytics (particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ideally Google Analytics 360)
  • Exceptional judgement and decision-making skills, able to prioritise the critical few things to achieve real impact.
  • SQL competence is required, together with an ability to manage large, complex and possibly incomplete or sparsely documented data sets.
  • Business intelligence & visualization experience (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI knowledge or similar)
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in digital analytics (particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ideally Google Analytics 360)
  • Understanding of Share of Voice and experience utilising tools such as SEMrush or Similar Web
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in running controlled experiments through Google Optimize and ability to analyse statistical data to make recommendations
  • Strong communication skills that enable you to collaborate across multiple functions and teams. Able to build rapport, identify needs, deliver proposals, and constructively challenge our thinking.
