Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a **Process Improvement Manager** to lead strategic enhancements across our multi-property hotel and motel portfolio. This role focuses on optimizing processes, driving revenue growth, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring effective utilization of resources to enhance operational excellence and profitability.
### **Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze and streamline operational processes across properties to maximize efficiency.
- Implement change management strategies to improve financial performance and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies or loss-generating processes within the organization.
- Develop strategies for the effective utilization of shared staff and technology to reduce expenditures.
- Oversee and enhance staff augmentation processes to ensure workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve booking and cancellation issues efficiently and effectively.
- Drive improvements in guest management processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all customers.
- Develop and implement business development solutions to support organizational growth and profitability.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of improvements using data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or financial optimization.
- Proven expertise in enhancing financial processes and driving revenue growth. - Demonstrated ability to optimize resource allocation, including common staff and technology, to control costs.
- Strong knowledge of staff augmentation processes and workforce planning. - Experience in resolving booking and cancellation issues and improving guest management systems.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing business development strategies in the hospitality sector.
