Job Description

As my clients next WH&S Advisor, you'll be invovled in:

• Ensuring compliance with WH&S regulations and procedures within the workplace.
• Conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Implementing safety training programs for staff.
• Responding to and investigating safety incidents.
• Maintaining and updating safety records and documentation.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies as required.
• Constantly reviewing and improving safety protocols.
• Promoting a positive safety culture within the company.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

• A Certificate IV in Health and Safety.
• Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing industry is required.
• Excellent knowledge of WH&S regulations and legislation (including ISO standards).
• Strong communication skills to effectively deliver safety training.
• High-level problem-solving skills to manage and mitigate safety risks.
• Proficiency with safety management systems and reporting tools.

• A salary range of 110,000 - 120,000 AUD + super p.a.
