The Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our General Insurance team. Reporting to the Head of General Insurance, this role is crucial in overseeing and improving the performance, productivity, and quality of the team’s client work.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients
- Preparation of insurance quotes, endorsements and renewals
- Invoicing and document/task management
- Lodgment and management of claims on behalf of our insureds
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify, cultivate and execute new client acquisition opportunities
We're looking for people with:
- 2+ years of direct exposure to growing and servicing a portfolio of insurance clients
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of package insurance products and financial lines products
- Experience with Winbeat, SCTP, Sunrise and OfficeTech is a plus
- Officially B-Corp Certified, a Certified Great Place to Work 2024 and 2023 Best Workplaces winner!
