Market Eating House Group operates several hospitality venues in Bunbury including Market Eating House restaurant, Market on the Road catering, and The Old Lyric events venue. Our business delivers a diverse range of dining experiences including restaurant service, large-scale catering, weddings, and private events.

We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our growing kitchen team.

This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple facets of our business including restaurant service, high-volume catering, and event production.

Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in a fast-paced commercial kitchen

Assisting with food preparation and service for restaurant and catering operations

Maintaining food quality and presentation standards

Supporting senior chefs with production for events and functions

Following food safety and hygiene procedures

Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation

Working collaboratively within a professional kitchen team

Minimum 2 years experience working in a commercial kitchen

Experience preparing a range of dishes in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work across multiple kitchen sections

Understanding of food safety standards

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Relevant hospitality qualifications (Certificate III or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.

Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week
