The Role:
The position is full-time however, we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.
About You:
We are looking for professional educators with fantastic people skills, a solid vocational (workplace) background, and a passion for sharing learning with others. You may be a great fit if you have the following:

- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Supervise students’ behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
Essential criteria:
- Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required)
- Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
