Sydney - Trade Baker
Bakers Delight Vincentia is seeking an experienced scratch Baker to fill a full time position within our team. The successful person will be dedicated to baking, honest, reliable, a team player and ideally have knowledge of Bakers Delight processes and recipes (though not essential).
You must be able to perform the following duties:
Measure, weigh flour & other ingredients to prepare doughs, fillings, glazes using scales or graduated containers. Per Specified recipes and production sheet.
Mix and combine ingredients and using commercial mixer.
Weigh completed dough products and use divider machinery to produce dough pieces for use in moulders to form bread products ready for proving.
Calibrate Retarders and Provers.
Set oven temperature, steam and venting settings to bake product to recipe.
Basic merchandising of product on sales racks and cabinets.
Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment in bakery to food hygiene standards.
Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.Estimates baking needs, prepare and order supplies, stocktake ingredients on a monthly basis.
Comply with all safety regulations.
Salary $75000p.a
