Commercial Cook / Graduate Cook (485 Visa Welcome)
Pho Home is a growing Vietnamese restaurant group with three locations in Port Macquarie and Kempsey. We are currently seeking a Commercial Cook / Graduate Cook, including Subclass 485 visa holders, to join our supportive and long-term team.

About the role
Prepare and cook Vietnamese and Asian dishes to a high standard
Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
About you
Commercial cookery qualification or relevant kitchen experience
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Good teamwork and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Experience in Vietnamese or Asian cuisine will be highly regarded
A strong understanding of Asian flavours and food culture is an advantage
Important notes
Successful candidates will be required to complete a 2-week paid trial before signing a long-term employment contract
Free accommodation will be provided during the 2-week trial period
Applicants must currently be in Australia
