Social Media Manager / Office All Rounder

The Opportunity
Driving Force Promotions are in search of a professional and experienced Office All Rounder for our Adelaide office. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our office operates efficiently, while providing support to our Managing Director.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Designing and creating company social media content
- Design growth plans for social media
- Office Management and Administrative Tasks
- Data Management and Tracking
- End to End Recruitment
- Personal Assistant to our Managing Director
- Liaising with our Clients and Head Office
This role will begin at a casual capacity however we require you to be available Monday – Friday 5 days for morning shifts.
About YouWe are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is very creative and fantastic at growing social media platforms to fill this position. The qualities we are looking for are:
- Previous Administrative and/ or Office Management experience
- Previous Experience with growing business social media
- Previous experience with end to end recruitment
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive work ethic attitude
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Out going a bubbly personality
- Strong MS Office skills and experience
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Have full Australian working right and fluent English
