Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise-level and government projects, ensuring compliance with stringent project guidelines.
The ideal candidate will specialize in feature development, cloud integration, and Agile methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Feature Development & Software Engineering
Implement, test, and deploy high-quality features based on Jira tickets, adhering to strict project guidelines and timelines.Develop, optimize, and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js or Java, incorporating microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Enhance and refine frontend interfaces using React.js and JavaScript, ensuring a seamless user experience and high-performance UI components.
Cloud & DevOps Integration
Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS, ensuring scalability and high availability.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other automation tools for secure and efficient deployments.
Manage source code and project versions using Git or equivalent version control tools, ensuring code integrity and collaborative development.
Testing, Quality Assurance & SecurityDevelop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth application performance.
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and guidelines, maintaining quality and security benchmarks for enterprise-level projects.
Agile Development & Collaboration
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure timely task delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and DevOps engineers, to align development efforts with business objectives.
Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API guidelines, and system architecture.

- 2 years of experience in software development within a public sector organization.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise:
Programming Languages & Frameworks: Java, Node.js, React.js, JavaScript.
Backend Development: Microservices architecture, RESTful API development, backend optimization.
Frontend Development: React.js, JavaScript, UI/UX enhancements.
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS).
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, automation tools.
Software Development Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira project tracking.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting.
Security & Compliance: Working knowledge of government security standards and compliance frameworks.
