Full-Time Position
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
Wiseplace Investments Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure a high standard of service, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily restaurant operationsPlan and coordinate staff rosters and supervise team performance
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory
Control operational costs and assist in budget management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Recruit, train, and mentor staff
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field, or at least 1-2 years of relevant work experienceStrong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary between $75,000 and $90,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
