Padre Coffee is growing and we’re currently recruiting for a Store Manager, full-time hours worked over 4 long days - Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in South Melbourne Market.

Key accountabilities:
End to end operation of a high-volume cafe/retail store including:
Recruitment and development of a high performing teamStrong leadership skills, and ability to engage the team in delivering exceptional customer service, high quality coffee and working together as a strong cohesive team.
Maintaining high quality product standards through brewing and selling coffee
Fostering lasting customer relationships
Brand ambassadorship
Extensive knowledge of our product range
Creating a beautiful cafe and retail environment
Actively engage in one’s own training and professional development
Closely understand the network and responsibilities of our teams
Managing a roster and processing timesheets
Essential skills:
Experience working with specialty coffeeExperience managing people/running a team
Excellent customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
