[ref. c19480201] Packing Supervisor/ Farm Maintenance Hand - Sydney

Northern Rivers berry farm is seeking an experienced Packing Supervisor and Farm Maintenance worker to join their team just outside of Lismore NSW.

• Ensuring all appropriate data and record management meets internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with teams across multiple areas, including carton erecting, grading and packing of fruit and dispatch.
• Provide training, supervision and feedback to team members through performance management with the support of senior management.
• Provide assistance to the Farm Manager with maintenance tasks when required, involving the use of various tools and machinery.
• Assist in the application of chemicals.

• Ability to identify and communicate issues with fruit to management.
• Experience managing teams of up to 15 workers

This role would best suit a highly motivated, adaptable and organised individual who is willing to work early mornings and weekends when required.

This is a full-time position and will be paid in accordance with the Horticulture Award (MA000028)

This position does not begin until May 2025.
