They are currently looking for a PEGA Senior Technical Business Analyst with experience across retail, telecom and finance to work from their Sydney based offices.

Your main duties & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, operations, and compliance, to enhance fraud prevention measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices related to first-party fraud prevention.
• Implement and manage fraud detection technologies and tools, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications.
• Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
• Conduct business analysis to identify requirements for new projects or enhancements.
• Develop data models, data flows, and process flows to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure high-quality master data management through data cleansing, validation, and governance processes
• Understand the critical Stages and Steps of the business process, as well as the primary users of the process (both internal to the organization, and external)
• Identify the issues, gaps, bottlenecks, and manual workarounds within the existing business processes
• Understand the root causes of the failings of the existing process
• Identify the areas of functionality that are common across processes.
• Understand the change management process and provide insights needed to make informed decisions about change initiatives.

Your skills, qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Previous experience working as a Business Analyst
• Must be CPBA Certified and had worked on 8,x Versions
• Previous experience working with Pega Decisioning
• Should be proactive leader and planner with expertise in Banking domain,
• Understanding of Pega App Studio, Express Delivery and DCO process
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA.
• Experience in any of the Pega frameworks.
• Good project work experience in building Pega case management applications.
• Experience in projects using Agile methodologies.
• Good domain knowledge.
