Our recent projects include childcare centres in Truganina, Wollert, Tarneit and Thornhill Park.We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team of 30+ employees and oversee the smooth, efficient and professional operation of our office.
Salary: $120,000 per annum plus superannuationJob Details: Full time, 38 hours per week

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic office plans to enhance efficiency, workflow and service standards.
Allocate staff, workspace and equipment in a cost-effective and productive manner.
Oversee daily office operations by assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance and providing support to maintain a positive team culture.
Manage office records, accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with external professionals, suppliers and stakeholders to coordinate business activities and resolve issues.
Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and well-functioning workspace.
Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety requirements, legislative obligations and internal company policies.
Coordinate HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, payroll, training and general staff supervision.
Utilise strong organisational, communication and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
