What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Program Lead - Electronic Medical Records you will be part of ANZ Product Business Unit responsible for leading our approach to EMR implementation as a critical aspect of Dedalus’ ORBIS ANZ regionalization program of work. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

The EMR Program Lead contributes to the solution portfolio by actively partnering with business peers to determine strategic direction of the ORBIS (minimal viable product (MVP)) regionalization program and in turn the long-term roadmap.

You will:

  • Define Dedalus ANZ EMR implementation program and project approach with specific reference to our target opportunities.
  • Create collateral designed to lead both customer and internal articulation of EMR implementation approach.
  • Lead the day-to-day management and governance of the implementation program to ensure outcomes are understood and aligned
  • Be responsible for finance, scheduling, risk and governance from a hands-on approach
  • Provide guidance and advice on the key project and governance processes, by offering constructive feedback and challenge on the proposed options and alternatives, and providing an independent view on the delivery risk profile
  • Be responsible for Risk and issue management by reporting and escalating to stay in line with project delivery
  • Serves as subject matter expert and leads and/or oversees product launch walk-through sessions to other teams.
  • Interface with diverse group of key executives, managers and other industry subject matter experts
  • Manages ambiguity and uncertainty, whilst producing tangible results
  • Manages challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 or more years working in healthcare, hospitals or other with a Health Management background
  • Experience delivering EMR and Patient Management Systems clinical systems
  • Developed and implemented business initiatives and projects, based on commercial objectives
  • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization, particularly clinicians
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering with respect to Clinical information systems
  • Experience with contemporary engagement methods, including Proof of Concepts, application design and delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of ANZ healthcare processes and requirements
  • Clinical credentials
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills to present to management and customers
