Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs to recruit an experienced Traffic Engineer for a 5 month contract.
The development and review of traffic management plans
Traffic investigations
Assessing planning applications
Responding to enquiries from local residents and clients.
Identifying & providing recommendations on accident blackspots
You will be primarily responsible for reviewing and responding to planning referrals, assessing TMPs, responding to resident enquiries as well as supporting the delivery of traffic and transport projects.
Employed as a Traffic Engineer, you will also be responsible for:
Providing engineering recommendations to traffic, parking, road safety & public transport issues impacting the CouncilThe development and review of traffic management plans
Traffic investigations
Assessing planning applications
Responding to enquiries from local residents and clients.
Identifying & providing recommendations on accident blackspots

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:
A degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant experience/qualificationsExperience working as a Traffic or Transport Engineer preferably within Local
