Job description:
- Report to the CEO and maximise revenue opportunities across the national client base while promoting healthier outcomes for customers.
- Drive adoption of additional Morsl services among existing clients.
- Enhance relationships with existing clients by promoting additional services, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring alignment with client needs to drive healthier outcomes for customers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and responding to incoming leads to increase the client base.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships and networks to attract new clients and enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop market expansion strategies.
- Assist the CEO in the sales process.
- Streamline existing processes and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting health and wellness in the marketplace to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to create comprehensive profit and loss statements for all clients, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Business, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in FMCG sales, national account management, and customer relationship building.
- Experience in developing and mentoring employees to achieve business targets.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to negotiate for optimal sales value.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Proactive, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and works independently.
Salary: $135,000 base salary p.a. excluding superannuation.
