MDD Heavy Industries are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Automotive Electrician to join their team in Mackay Eton QLD.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and Hydraulic systems on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
- Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts on vehicles and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
- Undertake inspections, assessments and maintenance on Vehicles, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment
Skills & Abilities:
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- A Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology /Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
3 Fulltime Position available
