Job Description
  • Ensure the General Manager's schedule, mail, and emails are managed proactively and efficiently, allowing for optimal organisation, time management, and flexibility.
  • Oversee the daily screening of calls for the General Manager.
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are completed promptly and to the highest quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. This also includes managing and clearly communicating follow-up actions, ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Provide support in handling client disputes when necessary.
  • Develop compelling and impactful presentations for meetings as needed.
  • Gather and validate the function's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using input from the leadership team.
  • Share weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with other functions to update them on the function's strategy and execution.
  • Regularly update the General Manager with feedback and progress on all reporting areas of the business.
  • Update systems, processes, and records as needed.
  • Effective coordination and delivery of all functions and staff training as required

  • Experience in previous Executive Assistant role
  • Experience as Senior Administration role
