The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the National Fleet Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration and coordination of all fleet vehicle requirements across the business.

This will be a 12-month FTC with the view to extension for the right individual.
  • Manage and maintain records of fleet vehicles, including registrations, infringements, fuel card management, and warranty/service management.
  • Oversee the input of fleet-related data into the supplier's intranet systems.
  • Coordinate service and maintenance schedules for the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are up to date with required inspections and repairs.
  • Extract, compile, and analyse data related to fleet operations and provide regular reports to management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding fleet matters, including CEO, regional and general managers, and warehouse staff.
  • Be flexible in terms of work locations, with occasional travel to different offices (e.g., Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine, etc.) for fleet-related activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles to appropriate service locations, mechanics, and other relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Relevant experience working in a fleet coordination role.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, V look ups and Pivot tables.
  • Strong resilience with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have a collaborative, problem solving and quick learning approach.
