Customer Experience Representative
You will do this by assisting our Customers with their sales and rental enquiries and passing that information on to our Sales representatives.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities- Managing customer enquiries via incoming calls, email and all further appropriate channels
- Take sales and rentals enquiries nationally using the series database to highlight the professionalism of Crown and develop a rapport with the customer
- Conduct outbound calls to keep customers informed
- Professionally sell Crown hand pallet trucks over the phone
- Providing a positive experience for our customers
- Help develop telemarketing programs for existing customers and potential customers that lead to an increase in qualified enquiries.
- A positive, professional, Customer focused, attitude
- High Energy and Motivation
- Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
- Good attention to detail
- Prioritising multiple tasks whilst accurately completing work within set deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, although not essential
