ICT Business Analyst
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, enhance system functionality, and deliver tailored digital solutions to our clients.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an ICT Business Analyst with strong business process analysis, software solution development, and system optimization experience. You will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams to design, evaluate, and implement effective ICT solutions.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their ICT requirements and develop bespoke software solutions and web applications.
- Review and evaluate existing systems, processes, and software applications, performing cost-benefit analyses for improvements.
- Define and implement best practices for system functionality, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Conduct system tests, monitor functionality, and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Utilize process modeling and data analysis techniques to design, develop, and enhance IT systems.
- Maintain accurate business and technical documentation, while providing training and support to clients and team members.
- Work closely with technical specialists, developers, and stakeholders to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an ICT Business Analyst role OR at least 5 years of experience without a relevant qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of business processes, ICT solutions, and system development methodologies.
- Experience in process modelling, system analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and workflow automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
