Order Delivery Coordinator

Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties- Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support throughout their order experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing prompt and accurate information and assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our processes and services.
- Keep customers updated in relation to order progress & timing.
- Sales administration including the checking of sales packs and documentation
- Perform and distribute invoicing reports to sales team weekly
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated stakeholders
- Previous administration experience.
- An enquiring mind and desire to learn
- Passion for managing, retaining and sharing knowledge
- Solution focused with strong attention to detail
- Computer skills, including an in depth understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
