Salary: $70,000-$75,000, based on experience

Role Overview:

This role requires versatility, as we cater to various dietary needs and adapt menus seasonally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes with attention to detail and consistency
• Collaborate on seasonal menu planning, including signature and special dishes
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage stock levels and kitchen supplies effectively
• Assist with training and development of junior kitchen team members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-quality restaurant or similar role
• Expertise in French and/or Australian cuisine is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
