Senior Digital Media Specialist (Paid Search, Paid Social) - Sydney

In this context, Labelium Australia is looking for a new Senior Digital Media Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and manage Clients in Digital Media under the direction of the Head of Clients. This will include:
Team and Client
Participate in meetings with clients to determine advertising marketing and/or sales objectives, needs and specifications.Communicate client needs, expectations & deadlines to internal management and implementations.
Serve as Advertising account contact with the client, manage projects and deadlines, deliver client reporting and perform analysis of media campaign results.
Meet with clients regularly in person to review campaign performance.
Insights ActivitiesPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
Research and implement search advertising engine recommendations
Research and analyse competitor advertising performances
Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Stay abreast of new technologies, tools, research and best practices in the paid search space
Ensure the timely delivery of all client deliverables
Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables
Advertising ActivitiesUpdate Advertising campaigns following seasonal launch & promotional calendars: landing pages, ad copy, keywords, bidding
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsWork on campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Generate ongoing weekly & monthly reporting, performance analyses and insights for clients
Advertising under Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedinUpdate Advertising campaigns under direction of Client following seasonal launch & promotional calendars: landing pages, ad copy, keywords, bidding
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and Social Media initiatives and campaignsWork on campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for Paid Social Media marketing
Generate ongoing weekly & monthly reporting, performance analyses and insights for clients

During your time at the agency, you will be able as well to work and help on some project of SEO, Mobile UX and Speed assessment. You will also work on Google Analytics audit.You will as well work on setup new dashboard or new project management tools to help to increase productivity and efficiency of the team.
You will show outstanding leadership skills, including:An instinct for business and management; A Master's degree or university degree in marketing, business management or related, preferably MBA; At least 2/3 years of digital marketing/media experience, good social connections and a strong reputation within the industry; A good commercial and financial understanding, with strong business and market acumen, and an ability to analyze and solve problems; Innovative and creative skills, with a vision and thought leadership, able to quickly adapt to changing environment; Excellent presentation skills (in English); Excellent presentation skills (in French) are mandatory
Strong computer skills; Integrity, honesty and a very strong sense of ownership.
