About the Position:
The Web Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Topware Solutions’ e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers. This role involves maintaining the website’s functionality, updating content, and implementing technical enhancements to support the company’s digital presence and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Topware Solutions website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
Update product listings, images, and descriptions to align with marketing and sales objectives.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, broken links, and user experience problems.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotional campaigns and ensure consistent branding.
Monitor website analytics to track performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and data protection regulations.
