Short-Term Contract - ANUM (Aged Care) - South Western Victoria

An South Western VIC hospital requires an ANUM in Aged Care from 04/04/2025 to 20/04/2025.

• Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
• Clinical knowledge, skills and leadership experience in Residential Aged Care
• Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Standards and Accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and strong financial management skills
• A level of nursing skills which is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence
• Demonstrated understanding of the needs, issues and sensitivities of people from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated team leadership ability and ability to support staff through internal and external change
• Ability to demonstrate an evidence-based approach to person centred care
• Demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development, including use and deployment of communication applications and technology.
• Current employee police check
• Current evidence of immunisation history and / or serology results
