About The Role:
Food preparation and ensuring all mise en place is ready for serviceResponsible for maintaining the standards of food quality, presentation and service times
Assist in functions and events
Assisting senior chefs during service and ensuring wastage as cost of goods is in line
Preparing and serving the supper menu, at times until 3am
Commitment to a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
Contribute to a positive team and workplace culture
About You:Whilst you will always be supervised and given guidance, you will have experience in food preparation and basic service, but above all, share a passion for classic french food and learning. As you will be working in a small team, you will have the opportunity to learn each section, contribute and progress through the kitchen.
Currently open Tuesday through to Saturday - you will be available to work day and evening shifts into the early hours of the morning on a rotating roster - approx, 15 hours a week.Excellence and a love of learning underpin your work ethic. The ability to work in a small team in a compact environment is essential. Good communication and a positive attitude are key to success within this role.
You hold a culinary qualification or degree and want to continue learning and professionally developing.
