Receptionist - Full-Time, Permanent

Our client, a leading WA-owned industrial supply and services business, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an outstanding opportunity to be the welcoming face and voice for customers and stakeholders, working at the heart of a dynamic organisation with branches across WA, NT, and Victoria.

About the Role:
As Receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact-both in person and over the phone-for clients, suppliers, and visitors. You will provide vital front desk support, manage phone enquiries, and play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations.

There is also the opportunity to broaden your skills by supporting the finance team with invoicing and accounts data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support
  • Support the finance team through invoicing and basic accounts data entry
  • Liaise with service branches throughout WA, NT, and Victoria to coordinate communication and services

About You:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role (industrial or trade environment experience a plus)
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounts/invoicing tasks preferred
