Position : Full Time
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 a year

Location : Wangaratta VIC

SureWeld is a well-known Plant Trailer & Loading Ramp Manufacturer located in Wangaratta VIC. We first introduced the concept of Aluminium Loading Ramps to Australia in the early 1980s. We are committed to becoming an internationally recognised company for our consistently increasing quality of design, products and customer service.

SureWeld is currently looking for motivated, hardworking and experienced welder to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review drawings, and job specifications to determine work requirements.
Weld/Fabricate products to a high standard, from shop drawings.
Grind, drill, deburr & fasten using hand tools.
Coordinate the production task operations as per the Work Instruction, in a manner that meets the size, volume and timelines specified
Perform production line assembly and welding
Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication.
Maintain records of work orders and materials used.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Minimize exposure to hazards to prevent incidents and injuries to the greatest possible extent

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant Trade Qualification
At least 2 years relevant working experience in General welding, Aluminium, Mig, Tig
Ability to read and understand job sheets and drawings, reading instructions and take direction.
Forklift licence – Highly Regarded.
Work Health Safety (WHS) knowledge
