Medical Receptionist

• Greet patients and visitors, providing a courteous and professional introduction to the office.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain and update patient records in accordance with confidentiality regulations.
• Assist with insurance verification and process billing information.
• Support medical staff with administrative tasks as needed to enhance patient care.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in medical office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
