Chef

VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking experienced full-time Chef to join our dynamic team at our Orion shopping centre venue in Springfield Central, QLD, 4300.
Key Requirements:A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar Chef role, preferably within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in a related field.
Proven expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control.
Ability to manage and maintain kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with regulatory standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a diverse kitchen environment. Leadership experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating tasks is desirable.
Excellent time management skills to ensure the timely preparation and service of meals during peak periods.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
Position Details:Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus 11.5% superannuation.
