Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our team. You'll take a lead role in crafting marketing campaigns for clients across Australia. You'll help visionary brands and business leaders navigate growth with strategy, design and technology.

The Role
As Digital Marketing Specialist at ONETOO, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns that fuel growth. You’ll create new opportunities for our clients and their brands, while being focused on having a real, and tangible impact.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our designers, developers and marketers, focusing on building strong relationships with our clients and our community. Leading the charge, you’ll leverage your expertise to optimise campaigns to maximise customer acquisition and brand awareness with a thoughtful and nuanced perspective.
What your week could look like
Managing all end-to-end marketing initiatives for our clients across Paid Social, Email and SearchAd buying, planning, optimising and creative briefing for digital advertising campaigns
Grabbing a cuppa with our clients to explore growth opportunities
Working collaboratively with the team and on digital platforms such as: Notion, Figma and Airtable
Developing, interpreting, and summarising quarterly and campaign-based reports
You:While we’re open to exploring people from all kinds of backgrounds, we think this role may be best suited to an applicant with 5+ years experience in a digital agency environment. But go on, blow us away. This is a mid to senior level role, where we value character highly.
A Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Advertising etc)Exceptional communications skills
5+ years experience in digital marketing
Certifications & Experience with Google & Meta
Understanding & Experience with Ahrefs/SEMRush
Good attention to detail – your application should include the word "pizza" somewhere
You must legally be able to work in Australia

A competitive salary of between $85K - 105K + super.
