Description:
We are looking for an ambitious junior administration assistant wanting to progress their career in an exciting role where no two days are the same. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to our CEO and leadership team across the business.About the role
As an Administrative Assistant based in our Brisbane CBD office, you will play a key role in liaising with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the delivery of exemplary administration support. With so much variety, no two days will be the same!
Tasks and responsibilities
- General administration support: phone calls, emails, liaising with third parties
- Managing and organising the CEO calendar and sending out calendar invites
- Preparing Power Point presentations for both internal and external usage
- Assisting with networking events and travel bookings
- Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
About you
You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
- Experience in an administration (1 + Years) or client services role, however your ‘can do attitude’ will outweigh any experience
- Experience in MS Office, Power Point, Outlook and Teams/Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Eager to learn and expand on skills
- A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
- Highly organised and a natural planner
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively to the team
- Certificate in office administration (or related) is desirable
