We employ approximately 3,000 people across four operating divisions: Fire & Security, Electrical, Property Services, and Products.We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are offering a salary of $88,000.00 - $98,000.00 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities: Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, project plans, and service agreements.
Ensuring all order details are signed off by client priorAddressing inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services, and stakeholders.
Managing documentation for contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners, and other key stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Advising senior management on key matters and implementing their decisions.
Supervising contractor work and reporting on variations to work orders.
Preparing and reviewing reports and submissions related to organisational activities.
Collecting and analysing project data, providing insights and reporting on outcomes.
Reviewing and coordinating arrangements for new office accommodations.
