• Process pays and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Liaise with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Prepare and submit reports on payroll activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
• Handle all payroll-related queries from staff members.
• Maintain updated records of payroll procedures and any changes in rates or legislation.
• Assist with the annual audit process by providing relevant payroll information.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

• Proficiency in payroll software and other financial management systems.
• Strong numerical skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
• A good understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
• The ability to work well in a team and independently.

• An attractive salary between $80'000 - $90'000 per year plus superannuation
