Social Media Manager
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker, with content production skills and a deep knowledge of organic and paid social media. You will be experienced in planning and producing content, developing and implementing campaign strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities might include:- Developing, executing, optimising and monitoring effective social campaigns and always on strategies to reach campaign KPIS and drive business growth across the portfolio across all key social platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat
- Driving, implementing and optimising Paid Media campaigns in social
- Leading the development of creative assets, including ideation, copy and posting cadence
- Acting as the brand guardian, developing and ensuring consistent portrayal of brands across all social channels
- Lead reporting, analysis and insights to drive both paid and organic social strategies
- Social performance forecasting, budgeting process and allocation with client and internal stakeholders
- Monthly budget reconciliation and invoicing
Salary - $85-$95k package
Senior Social Media Manager (Also known as Social Director, Social Lead)
In this role as lead on our social accounts your main priorities are to drive a team of paid specialists and social media managers for optimal performance, identify and drive new social opportunities and ultimately deliver success for our clients.
Responsibilities might include:- Developing, executing, optimising and monitoring effective social campaigns and always on strategies to reach campaign KPIS and drive business growth across the portfolio across all key social platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat
- Driving, implementing and optimising Paid Media campaigns in social
- Leading the development of creative assets, including ideation, copy and posting cadence
- Acting as the brand guardian, developing and ensuring consistent portrayal of brands across all social channels
- Lead reporting, analysis and insights to drive both paid and organic social strategies
- Social performance forecasting, budgeting process and allocation with client and internal stakeholders
- Monthly budget reconciliation and invoicing
- Maintaining a level of quality assurance and holding the team accountable for delivering campaigns and execution with precision
- Active knowledge sharing within the team and wider departments
- Overseeing the executional team on a daily basis including establishing cadence of WIPs and training, and oversee resource allocation
- Establishing and maintaining strong connections with social partners to drive platform and product integration
- Driving the way of working between client team and the social team, ensuring communication lines are clear and open
- Where relevant, consulting and inputing into client strategy and planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations around social initiatives
Salary –$90k – 110k package
All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
