What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships within your niche industry sector. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to understand clients' needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
You will also be responsible for selecting suitable candidates for various positions, arranging interviews, and briefing candidates about the company and role. Your commitment to candidate care will see you maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Additionally, you will manage CRM database records diligently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

  • Develop new business with prospective clients and maintain positive, productive, long-term corporate relationships.
  • Service, nurture, and develop existing client relationships through meetings and events.
  • Understand clients’ business operations and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role.
  • Take responsibility for candidate care and maintain regular contact with candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process professionally from beginning to end.
  • Maintain CRM database records ensuring all information is always up-to-date.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales, business development, and networking strategies.

  • Sales or recruitment experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Degree qualified is essential with a desire to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Phone-based experience preferrable
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Persistence, resilience, drive, and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to build relationships, prospect, and negotiate terms with new businesses.
