Casual Barista for a Social Enterprise Cafe
STREAT is seeking a casual barista and all-rounder with several years' experience to work across multiple sites around Melbourne CBD, Collingwood and Richmond.

We’re baristas, mentors, and social change-makers.At STREAT, you'll have the opportunity to pass your skills on to young people who have experienced difficulties entering the workforce. You'll be working with a range of friendly and passionate people who take pride in their work and have fun doing it.
We currently have approx 25-35 hours (2-5 shifts) available per week, Monday to Friday, across 11 cafes in the CBD, Collingwood, and Richmond. We especially need someone who can work Mondays to Fridays.

What’s the role look like?

Passing your skills onto our trainees
Experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year speciality coffee experienceAble to consistently brew coffee to recipe and serve well-presented coffees throughout the day
Have worked as an all-rounder or similar in an a la carte dining cafe - not just behind a bar/coffee machine
Ability to remember faces and names and to make strangers smile early in the morning
