Key challenges
Identifying budget & commercially viable safety assurance solutions
Ensuring compliance and alignment with the Assurance framework given the need to manage technical risk and ensure the organisation continues to meet the Authorised Engineering Organisation requirementsDelivering effectively and efficiently within a highly regulated environment with multiple, diverse stakeholders where systems engineering and assurance knowledge and processes are in relative infancy
